Carpal Grade 2
Stabilizes the carpal joint after trauma and postoperatively. Adaptable to various types of injuries. The degree of stabilization and the direction you want to stabilize the joint is adjustable with the Velcro stabilizing straps. Postoperative, minor sprains and similar. Provides lateral and medial support and prevents hyperextension.

Carpal Grade 2,5
Stabilizes the carpal joint after trauma and postoperatively with semi-rigid support. Postoperative and conservative treatment for minor sprains and medium arthrosis. Provides lateral and medial support and prevents hyperextension. Uses shapeable thermoplastic stabilizers that can be removed to allow for more movement.

Carpal Grade 3
Stabilizes the carpal joint with rigid support. Postoperative and conservative treatment for medium to severe sprains and medium arthrosis. Provides rigid lateral and medial support and prevents carpal joint movement.
The orthosis uses a shapeable thermoplastic stabilizer that can be removed to allow for more movement (this turns it into a Grade 1). The orthosis comes with a ScandiTex rain cover.

Carpal with Paw Grade 3
Rigid orthosis that stabilizes the carpal joint and the paw. The thermoplastic fabric turns it into an immobilizing cast after heating, with the benefit of easy removal for skin inspection and for early rehabilitation. Easy to shape and quick to apply. A non-toxic and safe alternative to cast treatment.
The paw part can be cut off to achieve stabilization of the carpal joint only. The inner neoprene part of the orthosis can also be used by itself, together with the supplied stabilizers and extra sole, as a Grade 2 orthosis.

Carpal Grade 4
Custom-made from a cast of the individual and designed after patient’s specific needs. The orthosis can be adjusted and adapted to the desired level of movement with a stop band and/or motion limiter for a controlled rehabilitation or as an extra insurance after delicate surgery. We can also adapt the orthosis for use 24 hours a day postoperatively.
